Kelly Services in conjunction with callcentres.net have launched the Asian, Australia and New Zealand Contact Centre Recruitment Index survey for 2006.  The survey will measure recent trends related to recruitment, turnover, retention and salaries in Contact Centres across Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Contact Centre Managers and Executives in Asia, Australia and New Zealand are invited to participate. In return for completing the survey you will be provided with trend data and valuable information in relation to recruitment strategies and issues, types of job roles and skills being recruited, information pertaining to contact centre pay and staff retention strategies.

This study has been conducted for several years in Australia and has become the essential Recruitment reference for Contact Centre Managers.
