Employee satisfaction national events

Dozens of companies in Australia and New Zealand are taking control of employee satisfaction by measuring their call centre/s against a set of industry indices.  This tool has fundamentally assisted call centres prioritise areas for improvement and reduce costs.

In conjunction with KellyConnect, callcentres.net Director, Dr Catriona Wallace (B.A, M.A, PhD), will run through the 2005 Call Centre Employee Satisfaction benchmark results.  She will demonstrate the benefits to be gained by measuring, benchmarking and diagnosing your centre/s against different drivers of employee satisfaction, in eight events scheduled across Australia in July.
