Every edition ccmanager profiles a team leader or manager within the contact centre industry.  They provide us with commentary on their career experiences and views on the issues they face within their current job and the industry.

Each submission will be reviewed on an individual basis.  Should we wish to pursue publication of your profile, a Kelly Services representative will contact you to complete your full profile.
